Customers

Customers come from ConnectWise (synced daily). Two are built in: Unknown customer (for drives logged without knowing whose they are) and TOTLCOM (internal).

Move drives to another customer (Managers)

For drives logged under the wrong customer, or under Unknown:

  1. Move drives to another customer → pick the customer they're under now.
  2. Tick the drives (up to 500 at once).
  3. Pick the right customer and give a reason.

If any of those drives are on a letter already issued, the app lists the letters so you can issue corrected ones. Every move is in the audit log.
