Signing in and access levels

Open drives.totlcom.com and sign in with your TOTLCOM Microsoft account (with MFA). There is no separate password.

The first time, the app asks "Is this your name?". Correct it if needed: your name is shown on drive records and in the audit log. You can change it later under My profile (click your name at the bottom of the menu, or your initials on a phone).

Access levels

Everyone with a @totlcom.com account can sign in. New people start as Read-only; an Admin raises their level under Admin → Users.

Level	Can
Read-only	Look up drives, pickups, certificates and reports. Cannot change anything.
Technician	Scan drives, build pickups, upload certificates.
Manager	Technician work plus certificate approval, corrections after pickup and customer letters.
Admin	Everything, including users, settings, integrations and the audit log.
No access	Blocked. Sees a "no access" page after signing in.

Your level is shown under your name at the bottom of the menu.

Signed out?

If your sign-in expires the app says so and offers Sign in again. Scans you made in the meantime are kept on the device and sent once you're back (see Intake).
